Earlier this month 45turns were invited to Netil Market, a place where merchants, miscreants, craftsmen and coffee-makers come together to sell their wares, drink mulled cider, enjoy the sounds of Netil Radio and generally pass the time in a beautiful microcosm of everything that Hackney should stand for. It was a crisp November afternoon and none other than Italo house progenitor Don Carlos was in town for an extended session with local party starters Elevator East at The Horse & Groom that night. We made the connection and here it is – a two hour session on Netil Radio with 45turns’ very own Sibson and Italy’s Don Carlos, delivered from an old shipping container as the sun came down over Netil Market.
