This just in on La Casella 2019, a festival bringing the best in cosmic, balearic and house music to the stunning natural surroundings of the Umbrian countryside.
La Casella 2019 is the second year of an Anglo-Italian collaboration that celebrates togetherness in music, aiming to provide a select few festival-goers with an unparalleled musical and culinary experience in the heart of the Italian countryside.
Tucked within a special location close to Rome, Florence and Perugia airports, La Casella is a protected eco-resort centred around a 19th-century country house accessible only from a winding forest road.
From 6-8 September, the La Casella grounds will see a celebration of top-quality balearic, house and disco music from highly respected names in the UK and Italian scenes, including Daniele Baldelli, Alex Neri, Ray Mang, Al Kent (BBE), Faze Action, Chris Coco (Music for Dreams), Don Carlos, Coyote and more,
With curated daytime sessions by the pool segueing into late-night parties from some of the most respected DJs in the balearic canon, La Casella does away with red tape and boundaries to create a truly intimate and immersive festival experience.
Alongside the incredible lineup and location, La Casella Antico Fuedo di Campagna boasts a Michelin-starred kitchen serving some of the best Italian food in the region. Long candle-lit tables are host to sumptuous, curated five-course dinners, making for a unique ambience unparalleled by other festival experiences. Food and wine are served with a highly personal touch using only local, seasonal ingredients produced on the La Casella grounds.
Accommodation options are available in the form of hotel rooms, stunning period villas high in the hills or boutique teepee-style camping provided by Glastonbury’s Pop-Up Hotel, all of these a few minutes walking from the main stage. Festival-goers can surround themselves in the incredible natural beauty of the La Casella resort for a night, a weekend or even extend their stay to relax before or after the festival.
La Casella 2019 is an invitation to escape into a world of balearic freedom, where pretension is left behind and lasting friendships are made. With sparse internet and phone reception across the grounds, the festival invites a ‘digital detox’ that allows complete immersion in the beauty, sounds and sun of La Casella.
Day passes start from €25.00 with full weekend passes available at €60.00 on Resident Advisor. Accommodation packages and transport details are available from the La Casella website from mid-June.
